Return Policy

Memberships
You may cancel your new membership to globalspeakersforum.com within three days of joining and receive a full refund of your membership fee. Initial set-up fees will not be refunded. To cancel your membership and receive a full refund please send an email within three days of joining to returns@globalspeakersforum.com. Please provide your name, address, email address, phone number, date you joined and reason for cancelation.

Products
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Global Speakers Forum within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. To obtain a Return Authorization Number please email returns@globalspeakersforum.com. Please provide your name, address, email address, phone number, name or description of product, original order number if available, date of purchase and reason for the return request. We will email you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions as to where the product should be sent. Unless we have made an error in fulfilling the original order return shipping costs will be for your account.

Once your return request is accepted you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable
Global Speakers Forum does not accept returns of items purchased from sellers other than Global Speakers Forum.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please email us at returns@globalspeakersforum.com for instructions on where to send the item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item). Then place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting My Account and accessing the relevant order summary.

Items Purchased from Other Sellers
As the Global Speakers Forum Web site offers items for sale both by Global Speakers Forum and by registered third-party sellers, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased.

  • Visit My Account and view the order. Click on the order number and the seller is listed at the top of your order information.

If the item to be returned was not sold by Global Speakers Forum, you will need to contact the seller directly or follow the specific Global Speakers Forum Merchant's return instructions found in the order summary of Your Account
